Australia Day - Visitor Snapshot, 2009 Every year Darling Harbour hosts Sydney's biggest Australia Day celebrations with an impressive line-up of free entertainment for all the family. Entertainment includes an all-day feast of international food, performing artists, live bands and face painting. A majestic finale to the day is a dazzling extravaganza of fireworks, digital effects, pyrotechnics and music.

Australia Day - Visitor Snapshot, 2009 The inaugural Rocksong festival in The Rocks ran from 11 am to 9 pm across nine stages on Australia Day. This free outdoor music festival, featuring a line-up of hundreds of Australian singers and groups, celebrates the beauty and power of singing across different musical genres including jazz, rock, blues, choral, roots, classical and more. Singers performed throughout The Rocks - from intimate laneways, parks, promenades and squares, through to beautiful Campbells Cove.

Christmas Concert - Visitor Snapshot, 2008 Darling Harbour kick starts its Christmas program with the lighting of its spectacular Christmas tree. With more than 56,000 lights, 700 mirror balls and 100 rainbow reflectors, the stately tree is the brightest in the Southern Hemisphere and is lit during a special concert for people of all ages.
