A Section 96 must demonstrate that the development, as modified, will be substantially the same as the development that was originally approved. Foreshore Authority - Excavation Permit Exception Notification Form
This form is to be completed and submitted to Sydney Harbour Foreshore Authority in order to seek an exception from the approval of the Heritage Council of NSW for an excavation permit which would otherwise be required under section 139(1) or (2) of the Heritage Act.
