The Rocks Markets

Every Saturday and Sunday year round, wander down to The Rocks Markets and you'll find passionate people selling things you'll love in a cool, relaxed environment.

Set amid the sandstone and cobbles, the colourful markets have grown to include more than 200 eclectic stalls. Visitors from near and far come to find fashion and accessories by emerging designers, locally-produced homewares, linen and beauty products and original photography, art, crafts and jewellery.

Many stallholders have been at the markets since they began, so chances are you'll know a few faces. But that doesn't mean things always stay the same—in fact quite the opposite. There are always new stallholders and special fashion, food or craft events.

At the weekend market you'll find whatever you want—lazy strolls, a great meeting place or serious shopping.

The Rocks Friday Foodie Market

On Fridays it's impossible not to follow your nose to the Foodie Market, where delicious food prepared with great Australian produce makes an irresistible open-air lunch stop.

The market is a favourite with locals and CBD workers who eat, wander, sample and shop for lunch.
