Our places

As the owner of some of Sydney's most significant publicly-owned foreshore land, the Authority manages a portfolio of $1 billion in assets on behalf of the NSW Government and cares for some of Australia's most important heritage buildings and areas.

These include:

• The Rocks - Australia's most significant heritage precinct
• Darling Harbour - Sydney's favourite entertainment destination
• Barangaroo - a new urban benchmark in waterfront renewal
• White Bay Power Station, Rozelle Railyards and Ballast Point
