Ballast Point – from a major industrial zone to 2.6 hectares of harbourside park.

Cooks Cove – 80 hectares of redeveloped open spaces incorporating improved public access to the Cooks River and Muddy River foreshores, enhanced wetland habitat and recreational areas.
