Darling Harbour scores Fan Fest site for next year’s World Cup Finals
Darling Harbour has been chosen as one of only seven international sites to host an official Fan Fest during next year's World Cup Finals in South Africa where the Socceroos will compete. The tournament, which attracted more than 26 billion viewers in 2006, is the world's biggest sporting event.

Heritage and lighting policies on public exhibition
Sydney Harbour Foreshore Authority has prepared revisions of The Rocks Heritage Management Plan, The Rocks Heritage Policy and The Rocks Lighting Policy. The amended documents will be on public exhibition and available for comment until Friday 11 December 2009.
