Lease renegotiations in The Rocks
The Authority has recently developed a policy to allow existing lessees in The Rocks to equitably renegotiate longer-term leases.
The policy was developed in response to requests from a number of lessees to renegotiate their existing leases.
This policy will facilitate those lessees who wish to renegotiate an existing lease in The Rocks and make a long-term investment in the future growth of their business.
This policy does not apply to:
- residential leases
- leases held by government agencies.
