Our Property Services Group is responsible for property and tenant management, which includes:

• lease negotiations with existing and potential tenants,
• retail strategies,
• compliance with lease conditions,
• rent reviews,
• sales analysis, and
• tenant relations.

In The Rocks there are more than 150 retail and 100 commercial tenants, as well as over 140 stallholders of The Rocks Market. Our focus is on supporting tenants in maintaining viable enterprises in The Rocks, while also driving a leasing strategy designed to ensure the long-term vitality of the precinct.

Similarly, in Darling Harbour the Group maintains strong relationships with stakeholders including Sydney Aquarium, Cockle Bay Wharf and Harbourside Shopping centre.

We are dedicated to providing excellent service to all tenants, retail and commercial, in our precincts.
